$1 to $10,000 20%
$10,001 to $50,000 10%
$50,001 and up 5%
There is a $100 listing fee / $250 for listings with reserve minimum prices per vehicle.
Listing includes 10 Photographs / Promotion on our Facebook page / website / direct email to thousands of potential bidders as well as local publications for select consignments. Please contact us for aircraft listing rates and photograph bundles. Listing fee is non refundable. If your vehicle sells the listing fee will apply towards amount due the auction house.
auction requirements
Clean Title
Your vehicle must not have any liens or loans against it and you must be the sole owner of the vehicle. You must have the title on hand to complete the sale at the end of the auction. Salvage titles are acceptable.
Documentation
All aircraft must have the original log books. You must be legally authorized to auction your vehicle, either photo ID or Power of Attorney documentation is required.
Clean your vehicle before photos!
Clean vehicles bring the most bids. We suggest taking you car to be detailed before photos are taken. We can schedule photographs the same day as detailing.
Previews
Auctioneer must have access to your vehicle to show potential bidders during the auction. Either by appointment or we can schedule a certain day and time for bidders to preview, usually the day before the auction ends.
State of Texas Documentation
Thomas Online Auctions will provide all documentation needed to complete the sale and notify the State of Texas of new ownership. We will also provide all documentation required by state, local and FAA officials for aircraft sales.
